I was sad when I read the post that owning this car makes me indirectly associated with idiocy. I became even more saddened to find out there is a "street encounters" board. Now I am the most saddened to think of this being the "Club Si" of S2000's. I'm gonna go sell my car now.

Big bro has an H22 with not that many mods on his Civic DX Coupe and destroyed a turboed out S on the highway the other day.

I'm actually buying an S this week, but do I really have to worry about gettin' spanked from a "roll" by other cars?

It's obvious WRX's will take u from the line, and maybe even a coupe with a Prelude engine.....but what else should I NOT make an attempt at. (even tho I'll attempt to beat every car that's out there)

Any S2K enthusiasts have any stories about beatin Supras, Corvettes, Audi's, Evos???, .....u kno, the big boys runnin bi-turbo's and what not.
Wait... an H22 in a Civic DX?

Is Palenko your brother? Tell him Big Jim wants to jiggle the jello on Thursday. He'll know what it means .

Street racing and everyone who does it sucks.

Next time you go to pay the insurance bill on your S, take a moment to silently thank idiots like PalenkosBro for driving up your premiums.

The S is a handling car. It is no a drag racer. Its intention was for actual driving and not straight line pedal monkeys.

To be a bit more helpful, if you really must race on public highways and endanger yourself and everyone else, this is how you beat every car you come up against: Jump the start and swerve into them as hard as you can. Make sure that your wreckage travels further than theirs. You win.
