racing exhaust
Wish I had a dyno to support my claims, but I'd say the king of racing exhausts would be the Amuse R1000. 9 lbs from the header back (which means a weight savings of 55 lbs or so), 70mm piping, and I'd guess-timate that it makes gains of 10-15hp.
I wouldn't recommend it for a daily driver, though. It's not only one of the lightest and most powerful exhausts... it's also one of the loudest.

It's a cat-back.
The R1000 is a header-back system.

Which means that the Veilside would probably not be the lightest, once you include the weight of the catalytic converter, or even a Stainless Steel testpipe, since the cat weighs about 10 lbs and a stainless steel testpipe weighs 3-5lbs. You could get a titanium test pipe, I believe... but by the time you pay for that, you probably could've just bought the R1000.
