Racing seats for more legroom?
I really like the feel of Sparco Evo's... do they fit in the S2K, and can you mount them for more legroom than you can get with the stock seats? Being 6'5", I wouldn't mind the idea of having more room
Are there other seats that would give me more room?

Yes, the evo's will fit but you'll have a VERY hard time finding enough room to mount the seatbelt catch. Also, the shoulder wings will 1) rub against the door when closed and 2) impede access to the center console.

You will need to custom fabricate rails using Sparco's as a base as the sets that Import Development and Science of Speed (two of our sponsors) cannot fit the wider shell and are better suited to more narrow Sparco seats like the Ultra and Rev. This will drop the seating position about 2" from stock. Additionallybecause of the gains made over the thick seat padding of the stock seat, you may see the equivalent of one-two more inches of leg room.
I've gone w/ the Evo for track days only merely because I can't fit in a more narrow seat and the shoulder wings suit my broad shoulders well. If you can manage to squeeze into a Rev, that's the way to go.

Hey I just posted the same question. When mounting the seats, are they flat on the floor or is there air space between? I too am 6'5" or taller and my head hits the roof or the bar right behind my head.
They are just above the floor, on rails that allow you to move the seat forward or back.

You would need to do some welding in order to make brackets for both the seat and points to bolt to the floor.
