Default Radio Code and Alarm Setting

Hey everyone,
I was in a car show this weekend, and had to disconnect my battery. Thus, the radio wont work now without the code. Is there a generic or universal code I could use, or must I call my dealer for this?
And with an OEM alarm and keypad, how do I set the keypad to my alarm? Isn't it just turning the key, hitting UNLOCK, unturn key UNLOCK again, and so forth a few times? TIA!

Ah, the old radio code. You should have received the radio code with the car. If you did not get the car new, maybe you did not receive it or maybe it is in the secret compartment. Did you look? There is no generic code that we know of. Your dealer can look it up by the VIN number of your car. They have a data base. I think they may have to have the radio serial number too but not sure. The serial number may be on a sticker back near the trunk latch or in the secret compartment. Call your dealer, they can tell you.

No idea on your alarm question. TTT for that.

radio code:
this covered alot around here, you will have to remove the radio and prsent it to the dealer. only then will you get the code. this is the way its done. if the radio has been brought in before the dealer may be able to cross reference the radio code given the vin#? the oem radio comes out easy.

alarm
i have the oem alarm manual (Honda alarm manual.pdf), its ~600K, got it from someone here at s2ki. i thinks it will email?

in either case look over the car and its drivers manual, maybe its written down someplace. while at the dealer he can help you with the alarm key.

I found my radio code in the glove compartment on the door.

It was a white sticker with two sets of numbers xD
