I've noticed today that the rail around is loose about 8" before it ends where the door begins on the driver's side. Is this something I should fix or let the Honda dealer do. The car has the warranty remaining so I'm considering just takeing it up there. If I can fix it, where are the bolts located.

 

I can't picture what rail for the top can move 8" and is only 'loose'
