this harness bar is totally unsafe without a real roll bar. the stock hoops are not high enough to prevent your head from cracking against the pavement.

your harness bar simply makes sure your body has no freedom to bend down and ensures your head takes it for the team.

Maybe he's a little guy!

I figure you'd have to be under about 6'7" or so to not stick above the roll bar.

I'm 5-7 and I have a bar.

would you like to be the test subject? because your post is encouraging other "little guys" (like myself) to risk it.

I am 6.0 tall and I am using the buddy club rails and I proabably have a couple inches between the roll hoops and my head. I agree with you it is not the safest thing in the event of a flip over but it is the only "safe" way to mount harnesses wihtout the roll bar. I will be installing a 4 point sometime in the near future, but in the event of a roll over I will have to agree with you. I think the whole notion of having no freedom to move up or down is a little farce, ( I can move up and down all day), but in the end Alejo you are correct.

As far as the exhaust is concerned, that is TIR 63 mm version 1 or 2 I think.
