Looks like you are not the only one e-mailing him. I guess if everyone on the list e-mailed him......
I have also seen a thread by some other members that were at the top of the list, at the top of this thread. That said they had been e-mailed about the shipping status of their order.
So it looks like shipping is underway, but with limited production comes a wait.

Patience is a virtue, and it seems to be in very short supply on this board
We're producing these as fast as we can. It takes four hours to make just one pair, and we have to throw away some because of flaws. But if people want them fast, we'd be happy to dispose of a few flawed sets
Seriously, in any product or service you want quality, good price, and speed of delivery. You can have two of the three, but one almost always has to be sacrificed in the interest of the others. If you want quality, you have to give up speed or price. If you want speed, you have to give up quality or price. We are seeking top quality at a good value, so speed suffers, and for very good reasons.
So be patient, please. May I remind you that when clear diffusers were proposed and researched many months ago, the projected price for a set was several hundred dollars.
