No it isn't.


The only way you got a MY1999 is if your car was inported from Japan, Australia, or the EU. All North American models began with MY2000.

You may have bought it in 1999... you may have a car built in 1999... but it is not a 1999 model, it is a 2000 model.

And FWIW...... in Japan ANY color combination was possible. Sebring with all blue, Spa with all red, you name it so picking a rare car by color combo is going to be impossible.
