While driving your own S2K, has anyone had the experience of coming across another S2K, but driven by a woman? If so or hypothetically, say you both pull up to a red light on a two lane highway - what do you do?

My wife drives our S2K during the week and she ran into a Red S2K driven by a middle-aged guy this evening at a red light on MD 170. He doesn't acknowledge her friendly wave, and instead revs and takes off looking for a race! Despite her increasingly more willingness to VTEC, she thought "what's the point?" What do you think was his point?!

Take gender out of the equation, would any of you initiate a race with a fellow S2K driver?

good question.

why would you want to race? yet another s2k, "on the street".

it is hard enough to ignore the ignorant "rice boys"

my wife drives our s2k to and from work as her daily driver, i get it on the weekend, (only after she lets me wash it, lol...) and she says little boys (40+ year olds included) try to get her to play, she only waves, with i you ain't worth the time or gas smile. and drives away with pure joy knowing if it would have been a track she would collecting pick slips.

I have only raced on the street once in my stook, and it was with some 40 guy who thought my car was shit. He was in a SL500 and i beat him. If I saw a women, or man in a stook, i would try to ask questions about how they loved the car, not race.

I was crusing down by the beach and happened to come across a woman driving an S2K with the top UP!!!! I honked and waved at her, but she just ignored me. Guess she didn't notice that I was driving a red S2K.

Regardless of gender, I will honk or flash my lights at other S2K owners.

I would probably not start a discussion with a woman-driven S2K (especially if she is by herself) for fear of making her feel uncomfortable (or like I was trying to pick her up)!

If I saw a woman in an S2000, I would DEFINITELY try to pick her up!

Race? Nah, I'd beat her...hands down. No questions asked...plus, I don't street race!

I don't have a problem with a female driving an S2K as long as she is able to keep the car in proper control, that simply means able to drive with a safe stopping distance front and back, provide good indication of driving and ultimately pay attention on the road and not her visual aspects. As many of you should have similar experience like me with quite a majority of poor female drivers on the road.

Other than which, I think it will be a nice feeling to see another S2K with the top down and a nice girl smiling back at you. Like mentioned, will probably try to pick her up or something. Say, "Our revs should match-up quite perfectly the way things are going." Hah! Anyway, doubt that's gonna happen. I barely even see an S2K and even once with a female ... She had a damn bloody ignorant rich mistress kinda look.

I did not mean I would try to pick her up, but talk about the car, but now that you mention it, she does drive the same fat car as me, so y not.
