how fast have you wore out a set of rear tires?my shortest set was oe1 bridgestones 4800miles.whats yours?

 

30 miles, 28 minutes.

 

^ Got me beat. 52 miles approximately an hr into driving after having them mounted...both rears blow....Talk about a crappy day

idk the miles, but i have worn out several sets of r comps on track days.

street tires i normally take better care of, cause they normally run about $259 each cause i buy good tires

 

4800?! Jeez man, a bad alignment? Or were there some auto-x days in there?

About 6000 on Star Specs, daily driving. No track/auto-x.

 

I just got new g-Force Sports on there and hope they last a long time. Daily driver with mostly straight roads and not too much playing around.

 

I haven't had too many sets yet, but my first OEMs lasted ~11K miles under normal driving and 1 HPDE event.

 

I think I got 5k out of my rt615s

i ordered a set of kumho asx's at discount tire direct for $284 for all four.i have asx"s on the rear and i have 3500 miles on them and i have about half of the tread left..black friday had a lot of great deals on the net.

 

Hahaha... I apparently baby my car too much. I'm still on the original RE-050's on MY07. 31,600 miles and still going
