The dealership has 10 days to notify you of this, they have to give you back your down payment and trade in. We don't even run trades through the shop until a deal is funded. If you damage the vehicle, you'll need to repair it & if you don't return the vehicle & we need tow it, you'll be responsible for those fees too.

Matt,

Sorry dealers take such a beating around here. I'm sure you and your guys are great.

But, y'know, with folks still getting cars delivered with spring spacers in them, continuing stories of incompetent service, and with first hand stories of sales abuse like earlier in this thread, it's hard to expect anything good when something like this happens.
