Default Received Spoon Snorkle!

Received my spoon carbon snorkle today from a fellow S2ki.com member, this thing is used, but it looks brand spanking new!!!! I love the way it looks, smells, and feels. Can't wait to put it on tomorrow and see how it looks against my spa yellow S.

thanks Greg!!

this is the snorkel (will post pics after install) I think that with the J's snorkel you have to cut the underside of the hood, b/c when i look at it on their website it looks thicker (where the hood closes around it) also the J's racing snorkel has the black on black carbon weave and the Spoon has the black on yellow!

Yup that is a Spoon (terrible weaves in the CF ). Just like mine. But it does the job.

I definitely have some mess-ups in the weave, but its still a great intake!

The two don't really compare, but if they did the spoon is worse than the J's.

j's makes two intake systems for the Ap1. One that looks like the Mugen (which replaces the whole oem intake box, and the other is just a air duct (comparable to the Spoon.

http://www.jsracing.co.jp/

click on link, go to S2000 then scroll to full body kits, two air intake are shown!!

It looks like the J's snorkle is meant to route to the custom front bumper, while the Spoon bends more and comes out down by the center grill.

No?
