So here's the delimma... I have a Spa Yellow s2k with Gold Volk CE28s and a Red lip. I've seen red accents on Yellow cars (ie Z06 Corvette in Yellow) and think it looks great...

So what I've been thinking on doing is getting Red JDM badges and some red leather and red Bride seats to go with a red on yellow combo... I've seen it with Silver wheels and it looks great, but how do ya'll think it would look with Gold rims... I don't know if it would throw it off... here are a couple of pics of the car now...

 

See my sig pic, I love red and yellow together, but if this thread picks up legs I bet you will see a lot of McDonald's replies...

Bottom line- you have to do what you want 'cause your opinion is the only one that matters.

 

It would remind me of Mc Donalds , It does look good though yellow with red interior.

My buddy used to have a yellow Integra with red Gabs (wheels) and red Recaro SRD's inside with type R red carpet and it looked great!

I dont know how many red exterior peices you could get away with on yellow though, without it looking really busy???

I've seen a yellow with the red JDM badges and thought it looked really good. I've always toyed with the idea of doing the red door inserts only.

i say DO IT.....i had an olive green integra w/ red wheels and got crap for it looking like a "christmas tree"....but at the end of the day it's your car, do it for yourself and forget what anyone says....if you're not happy you can always sell the stuff anyway

 

You can go to The Gallery section and ask Gizmo to photoshop something together for you with all the things you want to see on it.

 

In my defense I was typing that as you were responding , I do like red and yellow together as long as its tastefully done

That being said, I wouldn't do it, but its your car so do what you think looks good!

 

Listen........... everyone always pulls out the ole' Ronald pics. but IMO......... the Spa/Red interior is one of my top 3 color combos on the S. It was offered in Japan.. both the red/black and all red interiors. If I had a Spa OR Rio. believe that thats the color combo I would rock. Here are some pics........
