No offense to you or anyone else on here, as we all have the right to our own opinions and ideas, but I think the S2000 looks MUCH better when it isn't tampered with as much. I personally think that color combo won't go together, and it definitely won't make the car look very clean. I have always been a fan of experimenting, but I don't know if it would be wise on a classy car like this. Anyway, good luck. You asked for opinions and I've shared mine.
I agree with you... Thats why I'm probably going to get an OEM lip... no body kits or anything... as for the Interior, I just have to get some aftermarket seats (that will lower me a bit) I'm 6'2"-6'3" and my legs rub the steering wheel/my head pokes a couple of inches above the "roll bars"

So, I was thinking if I should get Black/Gray seats or Black/Red seats... and was wondering if anyone else has gone red on yellow and matched a couple of other colors and made it look clean...

The reason I am asking, is because I hate the "rice look" and I don't want to end up doing anything that will make the car look ricey...

I personally would go with the black/grey combo with your exterior color, but that's personal preference. I saw a member that had a Rio with tinted windows, and his interior was all red. It looked a little weird with the top down, but with it up the car looked great on the outside and had a nice interior. I personally think that red and yellow clash, but it would be different and that's what some members of this forum go for.

I personally would rock that out. Yellow with red seats look great. Maybe even the whole red interior too. McDonald's comments are going to run aplenty- but that combo is gorgeous.

Oh, did I mention that the red badges would be hideous?
Anywho, here is a vid of a guy with red seats (seemingly OEM) in his Spa:
