Default Reducing Cabin Wind Noise

I read a few 3-4 year old threads that Xviper put together and I was wondering if as the years have gone on if there is now more info on what does and doesn't work for reducing wind noise.

Seems like the options are:
1) Full Size Screen (from Rick's)
2) Headrest filler (again Rick's)
3) Filling roll bars (DIY)

So what works best? What is the best bang for your buck? Are there other solutions out there?

honestly, when having the top down, its gonna be almost impossible to get rid of wind noise. all those things you listed will probably help a little. i noticed a very slight difference in wind/wind noise when i got my 06, just because there are no holes in the headrests like my 03 had. so, the first thing i would do, would be to block off those holes. i've seen kits on ebay, just a plastic insert or something like that.

I want to fill my roll hoops with clear plastic - I think that will cut down on a lot of wind that hits the back of my neck and enters the cabin.

I have majorhavok blockers that block headrest holes and a Rick's 7/8 windscreen.

I honestly don't know if it made an improvement, as I rarely ride in other S2k's to compare.

With all that stuff and the windows up, the turbulence in the cabin maybe 4" below the top of the windshield is minimal, maybe non-existent. I'm 5'10" and can feel plenty of wind on the top of my head. That's the only real turbulence in my car now. If I was shorter or lowered my seat, it'd be pretty nice.

I've got the same set up as Chuhsi. There is a major improvement with this set up up to 45 MPH, but above that there's still plenty of turbulence. What I did for those times when I want a calm and fairly quiet cabin is give the complete floor pan and trunk 3 coats of QuietCar, and drive with the top up. But as soon as I'm off the freeway the top comes back down.

That's why I want the inserts in the roll hoops and not the seats - I think xviper once stated that having inserts in the hoops instead of the seats reduced more turbulence.
