As much as I would love to agree with you on this statement (I really do) this will actually cause a lot of problems in this site. If they make him delete his avatar, then other people will complain about women in skimpy clothing avatars/signatures (like yours). I honestly don't care if his avatar stays up... I really don't care at all. No one should make him delete anything. He should have taken the step himself to remove his avatar once he decided to get his "10 year old" daughter involved. That opened a door that worked against him cause he's trying to censor one thing while advertising another.
So it should really be his responsibility to take his avatar down.
