Default Release bearing cost?

I just purchased the release bearing and I was totally surprised how much it costs. Approx. $200 for a bearing, wow I thought maybe $50 - $60. Crazy.

Why would it be so different in price, from a US Dealership to a Canadian dealership. Oh I know, it's because we have the nicer color cars here.
