Relocating "Start" button

anyone thought of reloacting the start button to say.. the shift knob?

here's a pic from the Zonda F



and I think the Benz SLR has the button on the shifter too? wonder if I could get that zonda knob for under $5,000

I wanted to relocate the entire left panel of gadgets and ignition, inside the cup holders

I've always wanted the red button on my shift knob!! Something to have meaning, like a NOS shot or sumtin.

The SL600 has a start button there to. You can have the key in your pocket and ill will start.. Scared the crap out of the frist time.

yeah i noticed that the zonda had it a while ago. I was thinking about doing it. but then i though what happens if you accidently pressed it while shifting. i guess that would be pretty bad.
