I have it...I think it looks great. But I don't have any pics of it and I don't have time now to upload to a place since Photopoint has crapped out.

I don't know if he is still making them. His username here is smokin ... very cool guy.

This is precisely what I want to do and why I have not gotten around to installing it yet.

I'd certainly welcome any instructions on the install

I searched the board for 'cdelena AND grill' but could find no mention of it. Maybe it was back in the days of H-A.Net?

Not much to it so I doubt I ever posted about it. It is easier to do with the bumper off, but possible without disassembly. As I recall you can just remove the A/C access cover and bolts holding the airguide so that the screen can be worked down behind the stock grill from above. Secure with black wire ties and tightened everything back up. Last time I had the bumper off I did a better job of securing it and painted the drier/receiver black just to clean up the inlet looks.

Chris, do you have a close-up photo of your grill installation? Sounds like an interesting approach.

Dennis' grill was all plastic... I purchased one and then gave it away... I decided to make my own out of honeycomb expanded aluminum...

Well, not the one I got. It might look plastic, but it's actually metal under the black coating.

Here's his e-mail address for those interested. He has two versions - one to work with the front plate, the other one does not.
