Default Removing dealer badge

Search is down, so:

Any advice on removing that cheasy plastic dealer badge? I just picked up my silver/black Monday, and I don't want to drive another mile with the fugly dealer badge on the back. I've tried gently tugging on one edge, but it felt like the plastic is going to snap. Is there a better way to get it off?

100 miles to Vtec.

Look on Rick's page (sponsor) about how to remove the HONDA emblems and replace them with his. I used dental floss and Goo-Be-Gone. There are other products that break down the glues that hold these emblems on.

I was able to just start a corner and slowly peeled it off with out any tears. No glue left behind. just put some wax don the area after taking it off.

Use a hairdryer to warm it up, use some floss or fishing line to get it started.

You tell the dealer no emblems and your car is delivered with holes in the front and rear where the "H" would be placed?

No - they are talking about the dealership ID badges - as in "John Doe Honda". The "H" badges will be on there (until you replace them with something else).

Yeah, just take it back to the dealership and tell them to take it off. You didn't spend $32k+ to advertise for them.
