Default Replacing headlight bulbs.

Im looking into replacing the stock 4300k bulb's. Is there a certain bulb that has to be purchased or can any HID bulb replace it?

since you have a 2002, im sure your current bulb has color shifted. if you purchase just one 4300K bulb, you will see a difference in color appearance. if you would like the two headlights to match, i would suggest purchasing a set of bulbs rather than just one bulb.

you will want to find "4300K D2S" bulbs.

any other questions, let me know.

good luck bud!

Thanks!!! If I wanted to go up and color, could I look for a different K in D2S?

you may, but it will require a set of aftermarket bulbs.

it is very hard to find a reputable brand/company for HID bulbs. if/when you do purchase a set, i would suggest not going over 5000K. 5000K and 6000K looks great only when dealing with aftermarket HID's that are 50w or 55w due to the brighter they are, the more yellow color is brought out. but are around 30-40% brighter.

let me know if you have any other questions.
