Default Replacing plastic on back of seats

So the previous owner of my car somehow scuffed the hell out of the plastic piece on the seat that's behind your head. How easy is it to pop that thing off and replace it? The part itself looks to be pretty cheap and would go a long way towards making the interior look better.

Very easy to scuff if you put the seat all the way reclined. Very easy to replace, though. People have also removed them and just painted them.

not even a screw, just clips, just pull it out. i would grab it firmly from the bottom, like you're grabbing an ass, and just pull up.
