That is an awful way of figuring if a vehicle would roll over. You could have a big tall vehicle, but if it had a low center of gravity, it would be less likely to rollover. From just reading the article, the vehicles height and width are used. They better use more then that to figure it out.

No kidding, but then again you do have to consider that the source is likely a very "simple" mind and therefore would get confused if they did it our way.
