The aggressive alignment where I asked for more negative camber made a notable difference. The turn in is much quicker and there seems to be less push in the tight corners. The rear could still be forced out be seems easier to control.

Then I installed the larger Mugen front bar. Another change that is welcome! Much easier to apply (more) power coming out of a turn with better control than ever (the only down side I can see is the expense). I like it and combined with the alignment the car seems to be much more responsive.

The real test will be at the track and unfortunately I won

Sounds good. I look forward to the "Fordhal" bar next spring season.

I wonder how much interest there would be for a group buy of the 31mm Mugen front bar?

Chris,

What exactly did you do, or have I missed a post? Would you recommend this change for street use?

Hi Chris,

I hope to read a follow up report on your suspension changes soon.

In any case, I think you've seen and felt the changes that both Greg Stevens and I felt with the Mugen 31.8mm swaybar installation.

for everyone else who is considering those suspension settings, you'd better do lots of cloverleaf ramps and track/autocross. Otherwise, you will get uneven inside/outside treadwear - like the first couple of years of NSX's - worn insides and only 1/2 worn outsides.

Yeah, my right rear was already at that camber and I am getting to the wear bar on the inside slightly before the outside.. but it is not dramatic, at least with my driving out the OEM tires in about 8K. I

I've been reading about the various tower braces and such for quite some time, but the Mugen 31mm front bar is the only one that consistantly gets good reviews.

I'd like to look into a group buy of them, is anyone else interested?
