change all fluids, coolant, diff, trans, oil, brake fluid, clutch master cyl, prob will need new tires most likely has flat spots on the ones that are on there, new battery, brakes are prob rusted to shit, unless the garage was climate controlled, and so on and so on. there are prob a lot of things i am forgetting, but its a good place to start

Gas and oil are the two biggest ones to change. Swap those and it should run. May also need to clean or change the plugs and clean the injectors.

Once you get it running though, change that diff and tranny fluid as well as coolant. Brakes/clutch may be ok though...of course its never bad to change that stuff too

drain the old gas and refill I quarter tank with a bottle of cheap injector cleaner.

Of course drain and refill all other fluids also.

Me too. Waiting for the story behind this 3yr abandonment. Anyways, how can you not drive it for 3yrs. I can barely go a day w/o driving it when I have a beater.
