Hi I guys I returned a set of sidemarkers and diffusers to ricks about two weeks ago. Jeff knew they were coming in so I doubt he'd have missed them. I tried emailing three different times but haven't recieved word nor my refund. Not a big deal as of so far, just wondering if anyone know's whether they're out for vacation or something along those lines.

Let me guess...your side markers are leaking? I've gone through about 3 sets now and Rick never messaged me back. Poor quality

^ Who's causing problems? I was only wondering because I hadn't heard a reply after a little while and it's vacation season. I've talked to Jeff and everything's straightened out.

I do plenty of business with Rick's and praise them for their excellent products and great customer service.

Sounds typical of the " these young whipper snappers out causing problems...." rhetoric. You don't know who I am nor my intentions so keep your opinion to yourself.

Very good people. As far as the side markers, I have no problems with them. No leaking with mine at least.

3 purchases from Rick over a 5 year period. I've always gotten email responses within a day.... better than the customer service from anywhere else.
