I'm sure he'll answer his e-mail. I've had no problems contacting Rick. He may be away for a day or two, but don't worry...he'll be back and respond to your questions when he can.

I'm not so sure. I have emailed him twice in the past for info and he never responded. Other people have had good luck but a post like this comes up every so often...

I sent him an email last night and received a reply in less than 2 hours.

This is the address I used: hesel@artsci.com

You have to email me at hesel@artsci.com, nowhere else. Messages going to other addresses get lost somewhere.

I get about 100 S2000 related emails a day, and I have another more-than-full-time job as a partner in a consulting business. The S2000 business is far from something anybody could make a living from.

Someone in another message accused me of giving "curt" replies. Damn right! If I gave lengthy replies, I'd never get any sleep.

I gave up PM precisely for the same reason -- I was flooded with messages. I'd love to answer all the messages within an hour or two, but sometimes it's just not possible. I do have a life beyond the S2000, a least some of the time

I don't mean to sound defensive, but the volume of email is sometimes overwhelming and it all can'be be answered right away.

Guys - Rick may or may not provide "curt" replies, but what he DOES do is sell quality products and competitive prices. I can't say enough good things about him or his company.
