Without being too specific, I just want to share yet another incredible story about the professionalism of Rick's Signature Accessories!

I ordered a couple things a few weeks ago, and the distributor for one of the items experienced a delay in receiving one of the items. Ultimately, they refunded the purchase price and shipping as the delay became too extensive.

This morning I got a Fedex notice that they were sending the items - at no charge!

This was not something about which I complained...this was just the incredible professionalism exhibited by Rick Hessel and the people with whom he chooses to do business!

 

Nothing but good experiences for me as well.

 

They are a great company and offer fast service. I ordered badges and a voodoo shift knob and everything was received fast and in top notch shape

Yep, Rick's is top notch. Someone made a thread about condensation in their clear sidemarkers and I made a post saying I had some too. That same day Jeff sent me a PM saying he'd ship me a new set at no cost. I went ahead and bought headlight diffusers to ship with the order because they had such great customer service.
