This is a great walk through. I've actually been through the process 4 times myself.

It won't be that hard. I have done it once. I'm not saying that it will be a quick process. When I first did mine it took me about six hours from start to finish. All it is, is very time consuming for a newbie...

i'm also planning to do this soon as well... i've got Rick's instructions and links to others, but one think i can't find is what amber bulbs to use...
i've searched, but never found a definitive answer from someone who's actually using proper bulbs, and w1ngman gave me some recommendations - but if i could get a specific 'use this model bulb for this location' recommendation... that would be schweet.

oh? so same bulb numbers? you just specify a color?

wow. alright. i was actually expecting something more difficult than that... i thought that due to it being a different color, it meant different model numbers from the oem.

thanks!

i have ricks smoked with stock (clear) bulbs... i like the way they look. i usually leave the parking lights on while driving- looks kinda like daytime running lights.
