Default Rick's clear headlights

I have a question...
I wanted to clear my headlights but didnt want to spend that much money by gettin a whole new JDM headlight.
So i found this.

http://www.ricks2k.com/products/diffusers.php

However, i was wondering how do u install this. Do u still have to melt your original lights and put it on? or wat?
Do you do it yourself? or is it too risky?

If you found the site that sells them, then you should have found the instructions there too?

hehe what lude said. look at the installation link you see on rick's site. it's a pain in the ass to do the mod but well worth the time.

basically, you heat up the glue by putting it in the oven and opening the assembly, replacing the amber diffuser, and close it all back up.

I think there are a few guys that have done this many, many times. You might want to e-mail Rick and ask him who they are.

Installation instructions.

If you are mechanically inclined at all it's an easy job. If you are prone to destroying things pay the money or buy a modded set.

I personally thought it was easy and fun.

HA! Replacing a lens would be cake.

Myself along with many others before me opened up our RSX headlights, painted them black and then put them back together. That is a 3-6 hour job. I could have lenses swaped in less than 2.

Just grab a tube of black adhesive silicone, it will seal the lights up good!

Since you're in S.D., I'd suggest making a trip up to Whittier. Spugen can do it for you for. PM AHHVTEC (Duc) - tell him 4Motto sent you.
