Smile Rick's clear sidemarkers

I'm on my second set of Rick's clear sidemarkers. Both times they've collected moisture. They were kind enough to send me a replacement set without a problem, but the new ones are leaking as well. I've asked for a 3rd set. Yes, they're installed properly... before anyone opens their yap!

Anybody else have this problem? Do I really need the spend $55 for the MUZ version?

Ricks gives you the clear external housing and silverized bulbs. You reuse the existng bulb housing which has the weatherseal on it. It is probably your old bulb seal that is causing the problem.

Naahhh... the car is brand new. I know the rubber isn't the problem.

I just spoke with Jeff @ Rick's and he told me there is a mold change in progress to fix the problem.

We had a few reports of this. So far we have replaced the effected (reported, less than .5% ) sets that presented this issue. Our manufacture is going to revise the molds to increase the seal area to good measure.

As well as a few other minor issues that we wanted changed. This manufature so far has been one of the easiests to work with. We have a number of other products in the works with them as they care about what they do and we everything to be perfect.

Yes, we do back our products.

Remember, customer service is not how you handle the bulk of your orders, it is how your address the few issues that come up. We address them in the same way we wish they were handled if we were the customer. We are human and make mistakes, but it is how we step up when we do that matters.

Thanks Guys.
