Default Ricks (mia?)

On 9/28 I credit card was hit for the ~$450 of stuff I ordered from Rick's - to date I still have not received the shifter (with gear engraving) and the leather kit. I have emailed to a couple of different addresses and used the new fax line to inquire - they have not answered about the leather kit at all like it is just being ignored - my leather needs help - I wish I had gotten that elsewhere but when I order online - I get things timely - now I know better. The shifter? Who Knows.

I wish someone would respond with an update to my order - it seems like a reasonable request. order number 1774-0215-1265

perhaps they should give estimated times of delievery before the order is finalized just so people know what to expect.

Sorry to hear about that. I have never ordered any thing from Ricks, but I have rarely heard of anything like this. ???

I have seen a couple of threads before regarding timing - the gist is that a lot of perople respect Rick's - apparently this is something on the side more or less I gather. But the sweaky wheel gets oiled sometimes and I think there needs to be a little more feedback... after all business is business

Hopefully then, at least our two orders will be looked at and responded to.

Rick's business partner Jeff told me Rick will be back tomorrow (Wednesday )and will inquire about our vodoo engraved knobs - since I paid for it 9/28 I have seen some other knobs which were intereting but did not jump on them. Who needs two of them I thought.

Nick, the squeakerest
