I realize I BLEW UP, but I have never ordered anything and had it be incorrect, and not only that but incomplete. They had no problem charging my credit card the day I ordered, but when it game time came, they blew it. No excuses are acceptable. I will forgive, but never truly forget.

First off, rick has e-mailed me and apologized for YOUR mistake. He was very professional, and very respectful and offered a solution in the form of a nice compensation. I apologized to him, but to you, you are an embarrasment to his NAME. No professionalism what-so ever, it was your mistake, your fault, and I'm being reprimanded for being upset? You have no class what so ever, and I will never deal with YOU personally again. If I want something, I'll e-mail Rick for it. Good luck in the business world, you are going to need it. Just mail me my correct order.
My friend, you go way too far with your homily. James is my partner and friend, and you have no basis for these intemperate and baseless attacks on his character. I know we all seek perfection, but some of us make mistakes now and then. You seem to have no patience for imperfection, and the public attacks reveal more about you than you can possibly imagine.

We will correct the mistakes on you recent order and our token of apology for the mistake will ship to you tomorrow. But please don't order from us again. We have no interest in your business, and frankly, I'm sure we'll do very well without it.

Rick, I've never had the pleasure of ordering from you or your firm, but I've been around the forum long enough to know that the folks here speak very highly of your work and hold you in the highest regard. The best defense agaianst assholes like him are to ignore them. Make him irrelevant. He obviously doesn't have 4 brain cells to rub together.

Rick and James,

Just got my leather visor covers installed (tight fit) and they look great and they even have the add function of adding about 1/4" in width to block the sun. The leather adds a touch of class to what has to be about the cheapest looking part to ever grace a car.

As someone who has placed several orders from you guys, I must say your "out of the garage" company strikes a perfect balance of prompt personal service with timely and accurate shipping. It is obvious that MAJ S2K is a "squeaky wheel" troll with a degree. Anyone who has "...never ordered anything and had it be incorrect..." has lived a sheltered life indeed.

PS I also love the look of my steering wheel badge.

Rick/James - I haven't had the pleasure of ordering anything from you yet. But, I'm sure, from all the posts I've read, that you will keep your end of the deal if something were to fall thru the cracks. If it did, email communication to either or both of you would suffice to resolve the matter. WOW! I'm not even an attorney and I figured that all by myself. While you guys are at it, can you fix the Leaning Tower of Pisa? It seems to be a little crooked. EXACTLY!!

Looking forward to doing business with either or both of you!! Continued success!

Rick, i also have never ordered from your site, and today was thinking about ordering the clear side markers, and based on the posts ive read, i will be more than happy to do business with you.

Both you and james are very professional, and i respect your calmness..i myself work in customer service, taking inbound calls for US Cellular, and know what its like to deal with angry customers, and keeping your cool....

Props to you and james.....good luck.

Have a crack at it yourselves. I don't care, you are all WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY to obsessed with your "HONDA'" anyways. You're like your own little cult. Weirdos.
