Default Right Hand Drive Conversion?

Ok, i want my 2005 to be Right hand drive (JDM) instead of Left hand drive. Is it possible? I dont want to have to sell it and import one, I just want to swap the pedals and steering etc to the right side. Anyone ever successfully done this?

Stock MY05.

It's possible. Put your flame suit on though.

no idea on how much it would cost in total but TBH you would be better selling your car and putting money towards importing a car. would cost about the same, if not a bit less than DIY.

hmmm.... true.... but i still want to know if its possible to just swap it over...

what would be involved?

pedal relocation? Steering collumn? shift knob and ebreak?

if i bought all the parts from japan would then not just fit in in place of the US market ones?

Of course it's possible, since the car is made that way for many markets. You just have to get all the RHD parts. It's going to be extensive and expensive, but you say money is no object, so not a big deal, is it? Dash, engine bay, firewall, steering components, wiring harnesses and even suspension would have to be changed (it's calibrated for the weight of the driver on the left).
