After I realized this was going to be too low on the track I replaced it with a Coastal Metals Splitter, and although that is a nice product, I wish it stuck out farther to help do more splitting and I really miss the drop the RM Spoiler had.
My car had an RM racing strut bar on it when I bought it. I couldn't find them anywhere online so I assumed it was just a sticker the previous owner had put on there.
Okay jkgoff2007, as I said before I now have a coastal metals splitter on my car, and I'm happy with it. The big slab of aluminum bolted onto the lower portion of the front clip perfectly. I will also say (confess) I have scraped the crap out of the lower side of it twice, coming out of a parking lot that had too steep of an angle, but the splitter took the scrape not the front plastic bumper, which would have gotten dug up good I suspect, andf of course you can't see any damage to the splitter, because it is on the lower edge.
The Coastal Metals Splitter on the black car above is from their web site. The pic does not show the front leading edge has a rubber wrap on it that protects the front edge. I do not have a pic showing that detail, maybe someone else does. I did not like that front edge when I 1st got it, but after a while I learned to like it/live with it.
Now, here are a few pics of it on my car, HOWEVER, yours will NOT look like mine. After I had my wheels powdercoated gloss black, I decided to remove that rubber strip, and I had my splitter powdercoated gloss black so it now matches perfectly to my wheels.
These are the pics that I have that best show it off. Hope it helps.
