Road Trippin' in the Midwest
Well, next week, we're heading to Cedar Rapids, IA to visit her parents. I will be taking the S.
Anyway, we have to take the fastest (interstate) way to CR, but the rest of the trip we have time to enjoy different routes. Looking for good roads to hit between CR, IA and Indianapolis, IN, then from Indy to Nashville. Any ideas would be nice.

Man, that would be a BOOOORING drive going all interstate. It will look exactly the same the entire way. I wish I could help, but I always take interstate. The 465 loop could be fun, if there are Boxster's or something wanting to mess around, cause it's 3/4 lanes, but the speed limit is 55
I've never been able to keep myself under 65 on it, cause it's so wide open. Have a good trip. Sorry couldn't be of much help at all.

Make a huge detour and come over here to OH RT 26
. The Vintage crew just came through with ppl from all over the east coast and had a great time. Nothin else out here but perfect roads for the S.

I drove across northern Arkansas southern MO on various state roads (MO Hwy 14 et. al. ). I just simply looked at a map & picked the curviest ones. It was great - but I was in a Mazda6, not an S2000.
The river is a great drive. Stick as close to it as you can.
Southwestern WI is full of twisties. It has never been flattened by glaciers like the rest of the midwest, so there are lots of hills and dales. Head for Dubuque & then pick up just about any WI county road that is on the map. County roads are lettered, not numbered. Head for Beetown, Lancaster, Plattville, etc.
If the road has a stripe down the middle it's to big. Find a smaller one.
