Default Robbins Top Patch Issues

I purchased a Robbins Stayfast Cloth on March 30th from topsonline.
It was installed on the car and has been in the garage ever since.
It has yet to see rain and has only been driven about 15 times therefore hasn't seen much sun either.

I just noticed that the corner patches are already scrunching up. Furthermore, they can be seen from the outside. Has anyone else experienced this? This doesn't seem normal for a 6 month old top.

Mine are very slightly noticeable -- but I never noticed until I saw this note and specifically checked. My roof was replaced in June 2019.

I had my Robin top for 8 months, those patches were already peeling off on mine. If I have to do again, probably get the OEM version. I like the dark look of the cloth but it catches more debris than the original vinyl top.

Checking back in to see if anyone else has experienced this and/or can offer a solution. I reached out the topsonline awhile ago who basically confirmed that the top was installed correctly and that the elastic straps were functioning as expected.

I've had one for over 10 years now and while the same scrunching can be seen the patch does it's job and has not worn through nor does it appear to be making progress in that direction. I view it as a sacrifice you make to not have to replace the top constantly. I also make a habit of pausing at halfway retracted to push the bar down and then continuing so that there is less pinch going on.

Mine is about 3 years old now and has the similar scrunches on those patches, but they are no worse than they were when first installed, so I don't worry about it. Mine are just barely noticeable from the outside also, but there's enough contours you would see everything anyway.
