Default rode up onto a curb Aahg!

I parked in a very weird spot, and to make a long story short, my right fender rode up on the curb! It bent in the rough underside of it -- can't really notice it until you look close up. I could kick myself!

I know what you mean. About once a month I pull too close to the bumper stop and scrape the bottom of the lip. It hurts!

I wonder if it wouldn't be so noticeable if I lowered it

I scraped the underside of my lip 2 weeks ago. Luckily, it cannot be seen.

Probably not, but a lower car will be more prone to scraping it again.

Mine can be seen. The bottom part of the fenders bent inwards.

I have one small scrape on the lower left OEM front spoiler from pulling into a corner spot next to a curb. I always stay at least two feet away from the curb when I park. Car's so short it doesn't stick out.

Did you actually scrape the metal fender or were you referring to the bumper?
