Default Roll Bar Casing

My roll bar casings have come apart in an accident a few months ago. The repair place must have glued them back together (don't ask me why). I am wondering what is the correct fix. The two plastic sides have separated.
Are these held together by clips or something else?

IT's my understanding that once Honda puts the two halves together, they're not suppose to come apart. So, if they are apart, then they're broken and can't be easiy put back together.

Anyway, that's what I read off of some service bullitin or something. I've never done it before so I could be wrong.

I don't think they are broken. The clamshell cover on the roll bars has to come apart to run wiring for SPOD speakers and they get put together again. They get separated by a pop on the rear with the heel of the hand. I haven't installed any but the folks in the Electronics forum can definitely help you. A guy with the screen name marks2002 sells the SPODS.

I can tell you the correct answer in this forum.

The roll hoop covers do not come apart. If the seam has split, the cover and roll bar need to be replaced. The 2 halves cannot be put back together.

The 2 pieces of the roll hoop cover are welded together. There is a metal wire that runs along the inside of the seam. The wire is heated until the 2 halves are welded together.

When you replace the roll hoop cover, the roll bar is already inside.

Interesting. I thought they came apart for the S-pod wires. I was going to split mine latter, but now I may not. Mark told me that it was possible, but difficult, and he does not recommend doing it anymore.
