I'm not an engineer either, but wings work, even at autocross speeds. And "much" benefit ... We could be talking about .001 seconds between first and second place. I'd sure hate to lose by .001 because I didn't put a wing on my car. Not that I have that problem. I lose by seconds because I can't drive

@dewke ... +1 on that. At least it's not on a civic, or even worse, a 93 chevy lumina.

Oh, and on topic. Those wheels would look ok on my Tahoe. Not so much on my S2000.
