Default Roof leak rubber seal question

Hi guys, I have a leak at the roof at the drivers side and can't find a thread where it is mentioned ao I decided to post here for advice.
Actually the leak is coming from the rubber seal that meets the window and front windshield.
The rubber seems to fill with water and then starts to drip on the inside in the cabin on the cushion of the drivers seat.

I have checked the rubber and I cant find anywhere where the water would enter into the seal...

Has anybody had the same issue amd what is the solution?

I added a pic to indicate exactly where it leaks from. Where I pull it open with my finger is where the water fills up and when I pull this lid its gushing out after heavy rain.

thanks for any help!

First thing is the easy thing. Go get some dielectric grease (3M @ any auto parts store or try big box hardware) and using just a little, work it in to the seals with your fingers. A little goes a long way. Honda sells the same stuff as "Shin Etsu" but it is expensive and you don't get much. You will find you use the grease for all kinds of things other than the S's seals.

thanks for the tip. I sprayed the seals with sillicone recently so I dont thinkthe rubber leting what through is the problem. I think water gets into the seal some way but which?
