which ones is louder and does anyone have a clip of a vtec engagment of a s2k on a dyno or anything with like just intake or exhaust

 

the s2k is louder with an intake.

 

I think the RSX-S is louder with just an intake. My friend has an Injen intake on his and its way louder than mine when I had just the Comptech intake on my S. The vtec engagement on a stock RSX-S also seems louder than one on an stock S.

 

Well, the Comptech intake isn't that loud... definitely not as loud as the AEM.

 

hmm i use to have an rsx-s and i always thought the vtec engagement of my s2k now is a lot more noticable, in terms of both sound and feel.

 

I have an RSX Type-S w/ AEM CAI just as i do with my S. I should knoe the S is louder IMO. But the RSX just sounds bad ass w/ just the intake.

 

yeah i agree. intakes on any k-series(ivtec) motor sounds great
