Rubber Floor mats
Just bought an 04 this weekend and live in the snow/salt belt.
I plan on buy the rubber mats from weathertech.com

I'm not sure how good those would be. I mean they can work, but they are not very long and definately not flexible. If you wanted to cover that hump up, you would need to get ones that are softer ruber material.
I myself have the oversized rubber mats that you can cut down to the shape of your car. Never had a problem with them so far

Been there, done that....They don't fit. Period. Weathertech had not taken into account the "hump" on our floorboard. They don't even come close to fitting....It's a generic mat, not for the S2000. Save yourself time and money.....

The standard version are marine grade carpet so getting them wet should be no problem. Marine grade carpet is after all designed for boat decking.
All our mats are tailor made to fit the crossbracing on the floor of the S2000.
(A set of full length rubber mats are probably going to weigh 20 lbs or more)
