Well I am not one to race a lot on the street but you have to when it is a new BMW Z8 asking you to go!!!

It was around 3 in the afternoon on Easter and I was filling up the car at a Sunoco (94 octane!!). Anyway what pulls up, a Z8!!! The driver got out and while filling up came over to my car. He said he was impressed by my car for the price. I asked how much he paid for his ride. Can you believe 200,000 CDN. WOW!!!!! Anyway after we filled up he wanted to see how my car did off the line! It is not everyday this happens! As you all know I was left at the light. I felt I was going backward!! The power of his car was AWESOME!! At the next light he said he was surprised I kept up that well.

I don't feel bad being spanked by a 200,000 machine!!! What an experience!!!!!

Geez, humiliated by a Z8. Just think how difficult life is going to be when those cars start turning up around nearly every corner

 

i sure hope it beats out the s2k...for the money you have to shell out on one of those it's not worth that kinda cash. i'd get the 911turbo or a used ferrari any day and twice on sundays.

 

It would have been great if you had a supercharger (not telling him about it) and were able to keep up with him. That would have really shocked the guy.

Where abouts where you? I was at my grandparents On Easter and saw a Z8 rip past. What are the odds there were 2? I was near Danforth and Lawrence.

I was at the Sunoco on Steeles between Dufferin and Keele. We did the launch on Steeles at Keele. You know that long strip by York U.

The one I saw was Silver.

 

I saw a Z8 silvery/beige parked in at Oakville home last Friday. It had a hard top on it though. Yeeee hawwwwww!!!
