yeah... i don't really get why it's in the list if they say dangerous cars.

they should've pulled stories from here where people run into poles/ditches/what-nots when they first get the car

Wait, so their only gripe was that it doesn't have side airbags, yet it still makes the Top 20 most dangerous cars list? It got 5 stars in side impact even without the airbags, something most cars struggle to do even with them.

Their methodology was completely arbitrary and subjective.

In terms of accidents per vehicle, I'm sure the S2000 is higher than average due to the nature of the drivers, but that wasn't even one of their factors, as far as I can tell. So if you want to base it purely on the structure and handling of the car, and they say that structure and handling are both way above average, then why is it there?

Forbes articles on cars have interesting titles "10 best something", "20 worst blah", etc... They seem to be written to attract interest, not to be taken seriously.

It seems they used the S2000 in an effort to have a Honda on the list...

5-star side-impact crash rating WITHOUT the aid of side airbags. I say our cars are pretty safe.

And why should we believe a list that indicated Nissan Xterra as a 2-door SUV? If they can't even count the number of door, they definitely screwed up their statistics.

what about the 350z? in the article they said twice as dangerous as an average sports car but you dont see it on the top 20 list.
