Sorry if this is a repost... But I read an old article by R&T and they managed to get 4.9s for their 0-60 on an AP1...

If you look below they said the nsx got a 4.9 too...maybe they just made a typo on the s

It mentions in the NSX summary that the S2k was capable of accelerating faster at half the price of the NSX.

That was an incorrect figure used by R&T. They inadveretently put the NSX figure down for the S2k. Two months later they made a correction in their magazine back to 5.4.

The fastest I read was a 5.2 for a MY00 in 2000 during an RT article.

uhh my e46 m3 gave me a 0-60 at 4.6 and i know the s2000 can't keep up so it's definitly a typo but the s2000 is fast but the e46 m3 are just faster

04+ are just a tad bit slower than pre03 since you haveto do an extra shift. In fact we just had a huge thread on this lol.

But then again, who cares about 0-60 times? Who here can honestly tell me you do a clutch drop from a dead stop and when you hit 60, you let off the gas and say, "Wow, that was fun!".
