Vin Disel drag races a S2000

well...... Vin's driving is about as good as his acting he embarassed us S2000 owners but we got a little redemption when they switched cars and the other guy drove the S2000 spanking Vin while he drove the NSX.

 

am I the only person who saw this?

ps west coast guys you had 3 hour notice to check this out.

pss I usually don't watch Access Hollywood the wife was watching while I was reading and I over heard them mention The Fast and the Furious.

 

For us people that missed it, somebody better post the segment on the board. I want to see that....

 

I saw it!! Man, was that AWESOME!!! That S looked sooooo cool. The NSX looked sweet as well. As for the race, it's no wonder the NSX had the S2K it's much faster. It was a joy watching our baby on tv though. Glad I caught it....

 

Didn't see it this time around, but it sounds like the same footage that ran when Fast & Furious came out in the theatres a few months ago. If it IS new footage, it sounds like our buddy Vinnie still hasn't learned how to launch!

 

I saw it, and even posted a seperate thread about it.

There were 4 races and Vin lost 3 of them to one of the reporters on the show. They even switched cars. My guess is, Vin probably won one race in the NSX. On the first race I saw, Vin didn't know how to launch the car.
