No, but the Tach will flash if you run into redline.

 

There is not much in that price range that hasn't already been stated, but I came up with a few.

*Squash air freshner (when the new car smell is gone )
*ASM (honda fit) antenna
*JDM side marker lights
*used set of hood dampers
*Ricks front liscense plate bracket (Ca. residents a must )
*Integra Type R shift boot (can be moddded to fit the S)
*misc. stickers are cheap and fun (ASM/Mugen/Spoon sticker sheats)
*New Driver/Old Driver badges are pretty popular
*Broadway rear veiw mirror
