normally i would yell SEARCH but since you are from taiwan

heat it up with a hair dryer

spray the back sticky mess with goo gone(5 dollar at most auto home improvement store)

use a dental floss to "cut" the sticky backing

pull out the emblem

use goo gone to remove the rest of the stuff

PLEASE wash and wax the area because goo gone+hot paint=ghost marking

and actually you don't even need to heat it up with a hair dryer/heat gun or anything first. I pulled my badges off in the dead of winter just using dental floss. Kinda funny, I first tried a nicer brand name dental floss and had a lot of trouble with it. So I grabbed so cheap no name brand and it cut through the adhesive like a hot knife through butter.

Goo Gone works well and also you can use some acetone but just be careful with it. Definately wash and wax afterwards
