The heart of our favourite toy has won the Engine of the Year Award at the Engine Expo in Stuttgart, Germany in the catagory 1.8 - 2.0 liters
Not surprising to me it won this class in the past five years !

The North American F22C came in 6th place in the 2.0 - 2.5 liter class.

Since the judges are from all over the world, probably many of them have no experience with that engine.

 

Welcome to two months ago:

Engine of the year - four years running

And the F20C did not win the "Engine of the Year Award", that honor went to the
Toyota Hybrid Synergy Drive. As far as I recall, the F20C has never won that honor, but it just keep winning in its category.
